If you have an RSS feed reader and would like to add a feed of any new blog posts to the reader from this site, just paste in the following URL feed into your reader: http://friendsofstjohnstrackandfield.blogspot.com/feeds/posts/default
For those reading this who think this is pure nerd talk but are still curious, you can use this functionality so that new posts on the blog are automatically picked up a personalized web page such as MyYahoo.
